Forrestridge is a single family residential development comprised of 397 homesites. The neighborhood is located on the south side of Denton, Texas conveniently near I-35E and Loop 288.  Shopping, parks, hospitals, schools, the public library and numerous restaurants can be found close by. 

All residents are encouraged to join the Forrestridge Homeowners Association (FHOA).  The FHOA works hard to foster and promote the quality of life in the Forrestridge neighborhood. FHOA assists and represents the members of this Association in all pertinent matters regarding local, state and federal government. The FHOA supports programs for the beautification and improvement of the physical and natural properties of the area in an effort to enhance the quality of life and the maintenance of property values in the Forrestridge area.

​HOA Dues 

Forrestridge Homeowners Association Dues and / or Contributions and should be paid annually by the last day in February.  These funds are used to maintain our entrances and medians and any ancillary charges that relate directly to these areas. 

Dues are $100.00 per year and should be mailed to:

Annual HOA Meeting:  Notice will be given via email and signs will be posted at both entrances.
